Zehua Luo is the chief editor of Construction Machinery Technology & Management and editorial member of Municipal Engineering Technology. As the deputy secretary since 2004, he has been presided over the Pavement and Compaction Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association and engaged in making policies and development plans and establishing standards for road machinery industry. His detailed statistics and analysis that covers nearly one hundred enterprises from the sectors of road construction and construction equipment provides valuable reference to the market. He is also an expert of Heavy Equipment Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and was elected to the 4th Youth Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society.

After graduating from Chang’an University in 1999, Zehua Luo joined Beijing Research Institute of Construction Machinery to become an engineer before he embarked on a new career as a journalist/editor. With good powers of observation, he established himself in the industry by writing some excellent pieces on road construction technology and construction equipment market, including Compaction Method of the First Desert Expressway in China, The Revolution of Asphalt Pavement Compaction Equipment, Development of Chinese Pavement and Compaction Equipment in Three Decades, Deck Pavement Materials and Control of Paving and Compacting, etc.
